Pulso began with doctors visiting seniors at home in Kochi. Finding caregivers who turn up, every day, was always the hardest part. So we built the network: Pulso now recruits, verifies and pays caregivers and nurses across Kerala, and home-care agencies book them through the Pulso app for the families they serve.

Pulso Global Private Limited is a Kochi company founded by doctors. We recruit, verify and pay caregivers and home nurses, and home-care agencies across Kerala book them through the Pulso app for 8-hour and 24-hour duty.

Caregivers join Pulso on WhatsApp, are checked by our team, and work in three tiers: Basic caregiver, GDA, and Nurse (GNM / BSc). Each duty is tracked with a daily selfie check-in at the client’s home, and Pulso pays the caregiver for every checked-in day.

Agencies keep their families and set their own prices. Pulso earns a flat ₹100 per caregiver-day, inside the caregiver cost the agency sees before it books — no commission, no joining fee, no minimum.

Caregivers who already work for an agency can add that duty to Pulso. We verify it with the agency, and every verified day counts towards Pulso’s 180-day Experience Certificate.
