Sign up by yourself.
Enter your number and the OTP. Tap "I run a caregiving agency". Type your agency name, your name and your city. Tick the terms. Tap "Create my workspace". Done. No approval, no call, no waiting.
Add your caregivers.
Name, mobile number, gender, qualification, city, duty preference. She gets a WhatsApp from Pulso with the app link. She signs in with that number and she is in your team. No joining steps for her. No fee.
Add a client and book care.
Who needs care, the care needed, the condition, where. The days and the start date. Your rate per day for the client and the pay per day for the caregiver. Tap "Create booking".
Assign your caregiver.
Pick one caregiver from your own team. The booking shows a "Start OTP". Give it to the client.
The duty runs in the app.
Your caregiver starts the duty with the OTP at the client's home. Every day she checks in with a selfie. You see each day's attendance the moment it happens.
Money and papers.
The client pays you. You pay your caregiver. Pulso never touches that money. Tap "Mark paid" to record what came in and what went out, and see what is due from each client and to each caregiver. Send a quotation and a receipt in your agency's name.
