Pulso Terms.
Part 1. Terms & Conditions (General App Terms)
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pulso.
Pulso Global Private Limited ("Pulso", "we", "us", "our") operates a digital platform that connects families with independent care providers such as caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, and other service professionals.
By accessing or using the Pulso mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Platform (Very Important)
Pulso is a technology platform only.
Pulso:
- Does not directly provide medical or caregiving services
- Does not employ care providers
- Acts only as a facilitator between families and independent care providers
All services are delivered by independent professionals, not by Pulso.
3. Eligibility
To use Pulso:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate and truthful information
- You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Pulso reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities (Family / Customer)
By booking a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service details, address, and timing
- Disclose relevant medical or health conditions
- Ensure a safe environment for the care provider
- Treat care providers with respect and dignity
Pulso is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
5. Care Provider Responsibilities
Care providers listed on Pulso agree to:
- Deliver services professionally and ethically
- Follow the agreed care plan and timing
- Maintain appropriate conduct and hygiene
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Pulso may suspend or remove providers for misconduct, negligence, or policy violations.
6. Booking, Payments & Fees
- All service charges, service facilitation fees, and applicable taxes (including GST, if any) are displayed before booking
- Payments are processed through Pulso's approved payment partners
- Pulso may deduct platform or service fees as disclosed
- Prices may change based on service type, duration, or location
Pulso does not guarantee the availability of any specific provider.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:
- Time of cancellation
- Type of service
- Provider availability
When a multi-day booking ends early, you are charged only for the service days used, and the unused days are refunded:
- A service day that has already started is charged in full, even if the duty ends part way through that day
- Days already served that remain unpaid stay payable as a pending service amount
- Any balance you have paid beyond the used days is refunded to the original payment method
Provider replacement: if Pulso replaces your care provider, the original booking is settled on the same used-day basis and the replacement duty is billed separately for the remaining days. The day of the replacement is charged once, on the original booking.
Pulso reserves the right to:
- Deduct cancellation charges
- Deny refunds in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or misuse
Detailed refund rules may be updated from time to time.
8. Ratings & Feedback
- Families may rate care providers after service completion
- Ratings reflect individual opinions
- Pulso may remove abusive, fake, or misleading feedback
Ratings are used to improve service quality but do not guarantee outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability (Critical)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pulso shall not be liable for:
- Injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to property

Part 2. Agency workspace terms
An agency that creates a workspace on Pulso agrees, with one tick at sign-up:
"I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. My caregivers and clients are mine alone; Pulso never books or pays them. I run the care, the money and the records in my workspace."
- The workspace is free for 3 months from the day it is created. From the fourth month it costs ₹99 a month, tax included, to make new bookings.
- If unpaid: no new bookings. Running care continues. Nothing is deleted.
- Pulso's support team can see a workspace for support only.
Part 3. Caregiver terms
A caregiver added by her agency agrees, with one tick on her first sign-in:
"I agree to the caregiver terms, the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. My duties and pay are between me and my agency."
The caregiver terms:
- Your agency gives you your duties and pays you. Pulso is the app you both use; Pulso does not employ you and does not pay you.
- Your duties, pay and leave are agreed between you and your agency. Pulso does not decide them.
- The app records your check-in, check-out and attendance for each duty. Your agency sees these records.
- Your name, phone, qualification, photo and city are shown to your agency and to the client you are sent to.
- Your agency can remove you from its team in the app. Your record and history stay with you.
- You can leave your agency by asking them to remove you. Pulso can also be asked to release your number.
